What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of the homes major systems, components, and structure that are visible and safely accessible.

Can a home fail an inspection?

Simply put, no. A home inspection does not present a pass or fail upon completion. You will receive an unbiased report outlining defects found during the inspection; many of which are repairable and do not pose a major risk to your purchase. The decision is ultimately left in the hands of the client.

Im buying a new home do I still need an inspection?

Absolutely! All to often the excitement of buying a new home can be overwhelming and things can be missed. Often times new construction homes come with a warranty typically 12-24 months, after this time latent defects left by the builder can be tough or impossible to get fixed by the builder without charge.
